Effective August 21, 2021 and in line with orders and recommendations from the State and Local Health Officers, to protect FIRST 5 personnel, the community members with whom FIRST 5 personnel interact, and all residents of Santa Clara County, FIRST 5 will require all FIRST 5 personnel to be fully vaccinated and, as of February 3, 2022, up-to-date on boosters for which they are eligible, subject to the limited exceptions listed within the policy. FIRST 5 personnel may obtain the COVID-19 vaccines, including boosters, at a location of their choosing.
