Finance Planning Committee


This Committee is composed of Finance Directors, Accountants or their representatives from each of the FIRST 5 funded Lead Agencies. They meet monthly with the FIRST 5 Chief Financial Officer and Business Operations Director. This Committee identifies financial issues and needs, develops recommendations to address those needs and forwards these recommendations to the Executive Planning Committee as appropriate. It is also a forum for FIRST 5 to respond to financial issues in a timely and supportive manner and in the spirit of partnership and cooperation.
