Grantee Description

The Valley Medical Center (VMC) Foundation's Reach Out and Read program provides early screening and preliminary assessment of developmental delays and learning differences at six community clinics in Santa Clara County. Physicians use culturally appropriate books to conduct screenings and engage parents in the importance of reading to their children.
