Annual Fiscal Timeline
The Annual Fiscal Timeline outlines the important financial events that occur throughout the year. The Fiscal Timeline displays how the fiscal process is worked by FIRST 5 Executive Management Team and how the information flows through and approved by the Personnel & Finance Committee and overall Commission.
The Fiscal Management Team has developed a process that reports financial results, integrates strategic program priorities and builds a Financial Plan to support and execute the strategic direction of the organization. The Fiscal Timeline also outlines the key budget events and deadlines for preparing, reviewing and adopting key financial events during the year.
