The Lee y Serás Family Conversations Parent Workshops provide parents with an understanding of the skills their children need to become strong readers and learners. The workshops accomplish this through the use of material that acknowledges that Latino culture, traditions, practices, and everyday experiences support literacy development and prepare children for learning and life.

This workshop is designed to provide hands-on activities and support that will enhance children's development and prepare them for school. Topics include, but are not limited to: Identifiying your child's areas of strengths and areas of challenge, developing healthy eating habits, dealing with behavior challenges. This class will be presented in English, Spanish and Vietnamese
