Description:

PSP’s Male Involvement Training supports early childhood educators to:

• Learn about simple and practical actions that can be taken to increase male involvement and leadership within child development programs;

• Explore issues of equity, cultural competence, and the woman’s role in working effectively with men; and

• Learn about how to create a business plan to integrate male involvement into the ECE setting.
