In the First Two Sessions (April 30, May 7), Christopher Glover will discuss how important is it for DAD to be involved in the lives of his children? Recent research indicates that children benefit greatly when the relationship with their father, or significant male role model, is thriving and is healthy. A nurturing relationship with a father helps children grow-up feeling confident and secure. This course will teach and confirm the many important contributions dads can make in the lives of their children. Start: 11:00 am

This fun, outdoor event features health screenings, entertainment, activities for kids, and more. All activities are free! There will be more than 70 exhibitors providing health and safety related information to everyone. Children can play in the Soccer Tournament, take a helmet safety class, or bring their bikes in for minor repairs. We’ll also have clowns, face-painters, child safety seat inspections,various demonstrations and document shredding. The Blood Center of the Pacific will also be coordinating a Blood Drive.
