The purpose of the FIRST 5 Santa Clara County Year One Priority Indicators Booklet is to:

• Inform FIRST 5 partners and other community members of its evaluation focus.
• Share our indicators, as one component of a comprehensive evaluation framework, which will help FIRST 5 gauge progress toward the achievement of its mission and vision.
• Encourage systems alignment through the development of common goals and indicators.
