The Commission sets the goals, objectives and program priorities that establish our strategy. FIRST 5 Santa Clara County has adopted a 10-Year Sustainability Plan that ensures the funding of Community Investments while maintaining a fund balance through the Year 2015. Our Fiscal Planning Cycle at FIRST 5 Santa Clara County has a requirement to update and review the 10-Year Sustainability Plan annually.
