Our outcomes and indicators are a set of discrete, measurable changes that we hope to see in the young children and families we serve. Through discussions with community members, partner agencies, Commissioners and staff, this exhaustive list of outcomes and indicators was created and approved. The document serves as a useful framework, explaining the priorities that FIRST 5 has established and guiding our evaluation plans and efforts. Because FIRST 5 is committed to continuous improvement, amendments to this document may occur as new priorities and challenges arise.
