Program and Evaluation Committee
The Program and Evaluation Committee oversees the development of new programs, monitors existing programs, community activities, reviews pending bills, initiatives, and new legislation. The Committee is authorized to review and approve proposals in accordance with the Emergency Fund policy. In addition, it is the Committee’s charge to review the evaluation components of all programs prior to any funding determination; to review each program’s performance in accordance with established evaluation criteria prior to any decision to continue funding the program; and to oversee the implementation of evaluation tools and data gathering methodologies.
